What a way to finish a weekend of three weddings! Yesterday was the beautiful wedding of Lisa & Eric at Thornton Manor on the Wirral. I feel like I’ve known these guys forever! I first met Lisa at Christmas 2009 when she was home visiting her parents in Wallasey (she lives in California with Eric) and by pure coincidence, Karen & Alan, Lisa’s Mum and Dad, actually live on the road behind my Nana & Grandad’s house in Wallasey! Small world! Lisa’s friend from Uni, the very lovely Fran (off of Fran & Joe) actually passed my details on to Lisa at the time she booked me to shoot her big day (Fran & Joe got married in July last year and I’m delighted to report that they’re expecting their first baby in around 3 weeks time!) so it was lovely to catch up with them and all the uni girls yesterday! (Especially Bernie – who I think was helping make up for the fact that Fran couldn’t drink by drinking for at least two people!)
So, before Lisa & Eric head of to Barcelona on honeymoon tomorrow (I reckon that it’s a pretty happy place to visit at this moment in time!) here’s a little sneaky peek at their day…
