This is the hugely lovely Catherine and Alex who are getting married in May and having their reception at the fantastic Alderley Edge Hotel – which was the inspiration behind the location of the pre-wedding shoot. We decided to head up to The Edge itself (really cool, legend filled part of the world!) and have a little wander around there and shoot some woodland and countryside images. The beauty of The Edge didn’t let us down…we started by making our way to the actual Edge that looks out over Cheshire and just spent the afternoon walking round and shooting – I love pre-wedding shoots for this reason! It’s great to not be in a rush, to catch up with Catherine and Alex and to just shoot when the time is right.

Catherine and Alex both relaxed very quickly and look absolutely fantastic individually and together – I can’t wait to shoot them on their day!
We had a great catch up on the pre-wedding shoot and also got quite a bit of exercise (I forgot how ‘up and down’ the path through the woods is!)
