Where to start with this wedding?!?!? I met up with Amy & Rick waaaaay back at the start of 2016, so this big day was in my diary for a long time and the closer we got to it, the more I was looking forward to it! I knew these guys would be a lot of fun, but when they also brought on board Tom Harrington Films, Red Floral Architecture, Andy Murphy DJ, The Rush and of course, Colshaw Hall’s exclusive caterers, Barretts and my lovely friends from Your Ceremony, I knew it was going to be just perfect!
We’ve been very lucky with some incredible weather this summer and Amy & Rick’s wedding day was just magnificent. Glorious blue skies, so lovely and warm, the perfect English summer wedding!
I arrived at Colshaw Hall to meet Amy & the girls in the morning, before Rick and the boys arrived in plenty of time for a cheeky beer and to start welcoming their guests. The morning was great fun, really relaxed and you could just tell that this was going to be an absolute corker of a wedding.
Massive thanks as always to Shelley, Ian, Sarah, Cam and all the amazing team at Colshaw Hall for all of their help on the day – it really is an absolute pleasure to work at this amazing venue and with such a wonderful team

Amy & Rick’s Colshaw Hall Wedding was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’m so lucky that I get to work at Colshaw Hall so regularly – it really is one of the best wedding venues I’ve ever photographed weddings at and I look forward to every single wedding I have there. The team are amazing, they treat every single bride and groom as if theirs is the only wedding in the world and every guest who ever walks through the doors genuinely loves their experience there.
