Sarah & Matt’s Owen House Barn wedding was so much fun I don’t even know where to start! They were blessed with the most incredible weather, to say we were only in early April. They had their entire drinks reception outside! That often doesn’t even happen in June, July and August in this great country of ours! (Especially in the North West!)
Owen House Barn is one of my absolute favourite wedding venues in Cheshire. It’s a family owned and run venue and nothing is overlooked. The service is incredible, the attention to detail in the barn and the surrounding grounds is unsurpassed and it’s an amazing place to shoot weddings in!
Sarah & Matt had an absolute dream team of a lineup of wedding suppliers at their wedding, including my own (far better) other half, Emma of LOVE Bridal Boutique in Cheshire supplying Sarah’s stunning Enzoani dress, my friends from Vanilla in Allseasons who catered the day and served the most magnificent food and my friends from The Potting Shed in Alderley Edge who looked after all things floral, whilst Strings Attached provided an amazing musical accompaniment throughout the ceremony and drinks reception.
I personally love shooting weddings at Owen House Barn – every time I visit there is something new to look at, somewhere else you can shoot exciting, creative wedding photos but more than anything, it’s always full of wonderful people and it seems to ALWAYS go off at the evening reception – it’s just a proper party barn!
